Start with model and color.
The packing reference covers brown V01, V02, U101, U102 and U103 coffee filters. Confirm the model and color first, then select a packing format. These recorded configurations do not automatically describe white filters or establish brewer compatibility.
Match count to packing format.
Standard packs of 50 or 100 filters are listed for all five models. English-language boxes of 100 or 200 filters are listed for V01, V02, U102 and U103. For U101 boxed formats or other combinations, ask the team to confirm the configuration.
Describe the quantity clearly.
Separate filters per pack or box from the number of packs you want to order. For example, write the chosen model, color, packing format, count per pack and total number of packs. This also makes it easier to discuss labeling and outer-carton requirements without confusing them with filter dimensions.
Review the pack before confirmation.
Ask to review the proposed packing configuration alongside the filter sample and artwork. Confirm the printed language, pack count and final labeling for your range. Current packing details and commercial terms are established in the quotation for the chosen configuration.
