Identify the sample you are reviewing.
Record the product model, material or color, dimensions and sample reference before checking performance. For a shaped liner, distinguish its base, top opening and height. For a filter bag, identify the bag and supporting components. Photographs help keep feedback tied to the same sample.
Use a repeatable setup.
Review the sample with the equipment, food or coffee and handling process you intend to use. Record the setup and any observations about fit, handling, release or filtration. When comparing samples, keep relevant conditions consistent so you can describe which change matters.
Check the finished presentation.
Review the proposed pack as well as the product inside. Count the pieces, check how the pack opens and inspect artwork placement against the agreed design. Note whether your feedback concerns the paper, formed product, printed design or outer packaging.
Confirm the approval record.
Keep the accepted sample reference, written specification and outstanding changes together. If testing information is needed, identify the selected model and destination market so the relevant sample scope can be checked. A successful handling trial does not establish that every material or product variation has the same test coverage.
